January 1, 2022 - Letter to ResidentsWe have a new look! We simplified our invoicing to reduce confusion for those who have found the previous invoice challenging to understand. The charges on the invoice are current due charges only, statements will be sent out separately with credits and arrears. Please note, due to illness the invoices have gone out later than usual and by mail. To adjust to this delay payment is due February 25th. April 1st – June 30th billing period will return to the regular invoice due date. If you have signed up for e-billing that will resume on the next billing period which will be sent the first week of April.
