CANCELED: RAYLEIGH 2020 AGM The Annual General Meeting (AGM) that was scheduled to take place on November 20th, Friday, at the Heffley Creek Hall has been canceled due to the new COVID-19 provincial restrictions. Residents will be further notified on any updates regarding the AGM. Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry has announced new restrictions including suspension of all community and social events for the next two weeks, even if they're under 50 (CBC News: https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/british-columbia/new-orders-expected-as-b-c-health-officials-prepare-to-update-the-situation-with-covid-19-1.5808617). Due to this, Heffley Creek Hall will no longer be available for the above scheduled AGM. Please inform everyone you know who plans to attend the said AGM of the news.
